1. Take Measurements and Select Size
Schedule an appointment with us to take your measurements or refer to the chosen designer's guidelines for taking measurements and selecting appropriate size. If you have any questions, please contact us a (770) 509-7185 and we will be happy to assist you.
2. Review Store Policies
Carefully review the Store Policies on "The Experience" page of our website. You will be asked to sign an agreement indicating that you have read, understand and agree to the terms outlined in this document.
3. Complete and Sign the Order Form
Complete and sign the Order Form. Be sure to place your initials next to each item in the sales agreement section. Incomplete order forms cannot be processed and may delay the entire wedding party order. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions on how to complete this form.
4. Complete and Sign the Credit Card Authorization Form (if you are paying by credit card)
Complete and sign the Credit Card Authorization Form. We must receive this signed form before we can place orders paid by credit card. We will also accept money orders or checks by mail.
5. Fax or E-mail Your Order
Fax your order to us at (770) 509-7195. All forms and payment must be received by the order date. You may e-mail your order forms to us at info@BelFioreBridal.com.
